30-Year-Old Son Who Was Evicted By Parents Says They Are Not Good People

Michael Rotondo, the 30-year-old who was evicted by his parents after living rent-free in their house for eight years, did not have anything good to say about them after a judge ruled his parents were within their right to force him out of their upstate New York home. Rotondo spoke with TMZ Live and said that nothing has changed in his relationship with his parents following the court case.

"We didn't talk before. We don't talk now," Rotondo said adding that the only time they really speak is when discussing his parent's attempts to kick him out.

He was asked if he thought his parents were "good people" and he explained that he did not believe so. He claimed their attempt to evict them was an attack on him that "reflects poorly" on his parents. He said that once he moves out, which he thinks could take up to three months, he will no longer have any relationship with his family.

A formal date for his eviction has not been set, but based on the judges ruling, he might be forced out sooner rather than later.
